Location

Sykeside Camping and Bunkhouse accommodation is open throughout the year and is situated in the heart of the mountains in the Dovedale Valley with unique views all round. It is ideally situated for walking and climbing and is a good base for touring the Lake District. The valley which runs down from Kirkstone Pass to Ullswater is one of the most beautiful and spectacular in the Lake District.

Halfway down, just above Brotherswater and nestling under the 2000' Hartsop Dodd is Sykeside, a well appointed family camping park carefully laid out to blend in with its breathtaking surroundings.
