Booking
It is advisable to telephone first to check on availability. Provisional Bookings  may be made over the phone and will be held for ten days, thus, allowing time for a completed reservation form to be returned.

Conditions of Reservation
Signature of the he Reservation Form certifies that neither the Sailing School nor its servants  agents shall be liable for any loss, injury, damage to persons or property, 1 Whether the loss, injury, or damage may arise as a result of the negligence of the Sailing School, its servants or agents, or in any other manner or way, and every member taking part shall be in every respect  at his on her own risk.

Participants must be physically fit; in particular they, must not be liable to epilepsy or any complaint which precludes strenuous exertion.

Students must undertake to obey the, directions of the Chief Instructor or any other of the Instructors. Regretfully we will no longer be taking young persons under the age of '18 unless accompanied by a parent.

Cancellation
In the event  of cancellation the deposit for sailing tuition will not be,  forfeited but reserved for a future course. If accommodation has been arranged through us the balance may still be due.

In the event of cancellation less than 28 days before a course is due to start, the full course fee will be forfeited unless the vacancy can berefilled.

All right' is reserved to cancel any course or reservation at any time if circumstances should render this necessary and in this case all monies be returned in full.'

The decision of the Sailing School is final.
